Radio One's repair facility and corporate office is located at I-85 and Beaver Ruin Road in Norcross, GA. Our CET certified and FCC licensed technicians have a vast amount of experience in most of the radio systems on the market today. We utilize state of the art service monitors and repair equipment to analyze and repair all types of radio equipment. Radio One services many large accounts all over Atlanta and North GA. Equipment is not shipped out to other repair facilities or manufacturers. Occasionally a repair may have to be referred to the manufacturer. Repairs are generally turned around in an average of 3 to 4 business days. Radio One stocks most commonly required parts for many models and manufacturers.
